This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the AEO Platform service, available at https://aeo.cpgestudioia.tech, in accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). Accessing the platform implies full acceptance of the conditions described here.

2. Applicable law
- LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002).
- GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).
- LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).
- Regulation EU 2024/1689 (AI Act) as applicable to AI-based content and services.
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumers and Users Act) where the user acts as a consumer.
3. Conditions of use
Use of AEO Platform requires prior registration and acceptance of the Terms of Service. The user undertakes to make diligent use of the service in accordance with the law, public order and this Legal Notice. In particular, the user agrees not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms third-party rights or interests.
- Enter false data in projects, queries, billing details or any form.
- Introduce or spread viruses, malware or any code that may damage or disrupt the service or third-party systems.
- Perform scraping, mass indexing or automated extraction of content for commercial reuse without the Owner's express authorization.
- Impersonate other users or breach the security of the service.
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data and information provided through the platform's forms.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All service content (text, images, design, code, logos, trademarks, graphics, as well as the structure, selection and presentation) belongs to the Owner or to third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the service content without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited, except for personal use or citation for informational purposes indicating the source.
The data the customer enters and the documents generated from it (measurements, PDF reports, AI-generated content) are the customer's property, and can be exported at any time from the dashboard.
5. AI-generated content (AI Act, Art. 50)
AEO Platform uses generative AI to (a) query third-party AI assistants on your behalf, (b) analyze their responses, and (c) generate prioritized recommendations and draft content (FAQs). Recommendations and generated content are advisory and do not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. This declaration fulfils the transparency duty of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
6. External links
The service may contain links to third-party sites (LLM providers, Stripe, Google, etc.). These are provided for reference only; the Owner assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or availability of such sites.
7. Limitation of liability
The Owner makes its best efforts to keep the service operational, but within legal limits does not warrant:
- The continuity, availability or quality of the service against technical failures, attacks or third-party provider outages.
- The total absence of viruses or harmful elements, despite reasonable security measures.
- That AI citations, measurements or recommendations are free of error.
The user assumes use of the service under their own responsibility.
8. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed, respectively, by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of this Legal Notice.
9. Changes
The Owner reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time to adapt it to regulatory, technical or commercial changes. The version in force is the one published, identified by the last-updated date at the top.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute:
- Where the user acts as a consumer, the competent courts are those of the consumer's domicile.
- Where the user acts as a business or professional, both parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona (Spain).
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
