Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AEO Platform (the "Service"), operated by CPG Estudio IA, a sole proprietorship based in Spain.

1. Service

AEO Platform measures how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) cite your business, generates AI-powered recommendations and monthly reports.

2. Account & billing

Subscriptions are monthly, prepaid, and renew automatically unless cancelled from the Stripe Customer Portal. You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

3. Trial

The 14-day trial requires a payment method. We charge the subscription after the trial period if you don't cancel.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to scrape third-party sites without authorization, or to harm AEO Platform infrastructure.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime. The LLM providers we integrate (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) may have their own outages; we report them in our status page.

6. Refunds

We refund the current month upon written request within 14 days of the last invoice if the Service materially failed to deliver value (e.g. zero successful runs).

7. Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim. We do not warrant that AI citations or recommendations are error-free.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice. You may close your account from /settings → RGPD at any time.

9. Governing law

Spanish law. Courts of Barcelona (Spain).
